I want to put in a new shifter and see that both B&M and Hurst make a Console model for my '78. I think they both come with rubber boots which is the look I like. Anyone have any comments about which might be better or any problems I might have putting one in?

I have had a B&M Quicksilver in my 73 now for 10 years. Still works great. But if you like the four speed look, get the Mega.
