I am looking at switching from mechanical to electric gauges in my 68. I have the used Sun gauges already, but I am not sure where all the wires go and how to convert the temp gauge, vacuum, and oil pressure gauge over to electrical. Help....

Why do you want to convert. Mechanical gauges are generally more accurate than electrical.

Anyway, you'll need a temperature sending unit for the water temperature, goes in head on drivers side. You'll also need to run one wire from the gauge to the sending unit. My guess is the gauge will come with instructions on installation. I've never heard of an electrical vacuum gauge, doesn't mean they don't exist.
