I'm in the market for two new 1968-9 RS vacuum actuators.

How good are the new reproductions?

Thanks in advance for any input.

Carl

The new actuators are not much. But Rick's will work with you till you get a set that works. NOS will cost a lot if you can find them.I have one but it looks real bad.

Hey there Carl, hows it out there in sunny calerfornia. I know my buddy had lots of gremelens in his rs doors. He finaly used carberater choke cables to open and shut em. Let me tell ya it worked real good. Was a pain to set up. I think he welded to together for the passanger side. By the way does any one know wehere to get a set of fender flares for a 68?

I did the cable thing on a prostreet for a guy. Was a real pane but did work. Tanks some time to get it to work. Good luck.
