I want to replace the box on my factory air small block 69 with a non air unit. I remember seeing a post recently about the problems associated with this swap. Any suggestions on how to do this as painless as possible?

Please do a search and you will find many posts on this topic. This one has been beat to death. Painless? That is very subjective. It is easy, but it'll take time and it can be frustrating. Good luck taking the fender off.

When searching use "heater core"

I knew I had seen it, just didn't realize I could search. Thanks for the tip and "Painless" is always subjective.
