when I bought my car I was givin a steering column and a steering wheel in pieces. I have managed to get the column apart cleaned put back together now I need to get the horn assembly on the wheel. I think I am missing some parts and would like a break down of whats needed.

You don't say what year or what style wheel, so the best advice I can give is get "Factory Assembly Instruction Manual"... If you have a Grant or other aftermarket wheel it will be totally different all together...
