I'm a new member here and have already found a lot of good info. I just bought a '68 hardtop, small block, 4 speed. Car runs and drives great but needs body restoration.

I can do the fenders, doors, front end, etc. but need a shop to do the quarters and tailpan. I'm in northen Virginia - any recommendations for a quality shop in the area. Thanks.

Dave,
I live in Reston, VA and have a 69 RS Convertible Camaro. Last year I had a diffrent 69 Convertible that needed allot of rust removal/body work. I had the worst time trying to find a shop that would take on my car. Many of the shops in the DC area only want insurance work because they make so much money from it.
I did find a guy in West Virginia that restores cars and can pass you his information if you are interested. Just email me at [email protected] .
I did not check out to many local "normal" body shops because I did not want to pay an arm and a leg.
Good Luck.
