i was wondering what 69 camaros came with a silver grill? i saw a yenko and a COPO that had silver grills. my black grill has a pretty good sized stone chip in it and i was thinking about getting a silver grill insted of the black one, my car is black, i figured it would set it apart from a few others. thanks guys.

ss were the only car's with black grill besides a few select color(s) of z/28's (black and i'm not sure about any other color). so if you don't have an ss, the argent color would be correct. before i get corrected on this, all rs grills were black too.

Not completely true Mike....Black RS cars could be ordered with the argent silver grill. If you want to see a pic...go to
http://www.coast2camaro.com ... This is a guy I know with an 1821 original mile RS/Z. The Argent grill looks sweet!

I had a 69 base coupe (307), dusk blue with the argent silver grill. It looked very nice.
