Re: ROTM Missing Prizes

I was talking to "COPO" member Mark from TC here a while back, he mentioned to me that he has won ROTM 2 or 3 times and hasn't received any of his prizes. Maybe because we live in Canada? Eh!

Re: ROTM Missing Prizes

Does anyone actually enter ROTM to win a prize? Surely winning should be more than enough reward. Kill the prizes and the associated drama and move on....

Re: ROTM Missing Prizes

Don, I hear you about it not being about the prizes, I myself don't, some might & some could use a extra 100.00 buck that goes towards something they've been eyeing.

When a vendor signs up to be a sponsor and has their banner at the top of the ROTM page advertising them as being the Grand prize sponsor then its time for them to step up and fulfill their obligation for the page 1 highlight.

Re: ROTM Missing Prizes

I started this thread to consolidate any that had not received prizes.

The 1st place NPD award winners have posted they have received them.

There are 2 runner ups that report they have not received the $50 certs.

Matts is no longer a sponsor for ROTM.

Iíve offered to PayPal the 2 guys $50.

Going forward we will have only 1st place winner and only one sponsor for ROTM

Don

On the last RoTM I won over the summer, I was thinking about donating my prize beforehand, but wasn't sure how to approach it. With the issues that have cropped up, I was surprised I recv'd the prize so promptly. Personally, getting the recognition and POSSIBLY an avatar was all I wanted. Is the ROTM avatar still a thing? That's the trophy since T.C. doesn't allow them.
