Heater Fan won't stop!!!???

Besides the 5 Camaros I have a 69 C-10 BB pick up. The heater fan is on all the time unless I disconnect the battery. I tried the fan switch. . .nothing, pulled the heater fuse. . . still on. Tried the key wiggle, finally disconnected the battery. Any ideas on the problem and how to fix????

Previous owner hardwire differently?
Are there other fan speeds?
Ign switch control power to blower?
Start at the fan power plug and work towards the battery.
There was a GM design having the blower on 100% of the time when ign sw was on IGN. I had thought it started in the '70's, maybe sooner.

Or a wire melted to another hotwire, it shouldn't be on all the time..

Re: Heater Fan won't stop!!!???

I will spend some time tracking all the suggestions down. I have owned the truck for 23 years and drive it very little. . . .500 miles a year or so. I just walked by one day and heard the fan on and the truck had not been touched or driven in a month!!! Really strange. It has a strong battery.
