looking for new rear leaf springs

Has anybody used these lift springs from John R Spring? Just wondering how much lift over stock they actually give you? These will be going on a 72 Nova.

i bought a set off of e-bay for 135 a set free shipping.look great havent put them in yet.they are 5 leafs.i put same set in a 67 & i removed 1 leaf sit great after i removed a leaf.search e-bay they are listed on there.same springs as a camaro

extra lift?
most folks want to lower the ride height.
