Burned out Clutch in a 1995 Mitsibishi Mirage

and yet the drama continues....

With another car of mines, a 95 Mirage, while driving to work yesterday I somehow lost 2nd, 4th,and reverse. They all died right while driving up the off ramp. After work I managed to limp it home (46 miles) on 1st, 3rd, and 5th. By the time I got home I only had 3rd and while pulling off the expressway the whole car started smoking liike crazy, then the car would go nowhere. I popped the hood, and the bottom of the transmission was on fire. Nothing too serious. I managed to douce it with a spare jug of anti freeze till there was only a small flame left that was coming from a housing below the trans. I know without a doubt that the clutch is complely gone, but before I tear into this thing and make matters worse, what more damage can I expect to find when I get in there?
