Hemi Valve Seat Drop Issue Petition

Hello,

I just signed the petition, “Chrysler Group Customer Care: Dodge: Recall the motors with the dropping valve seat issues.” I think this is important. Will you sign it too?

Re: Hemi Valve Seat Drop Issue Petition

I would if I had a Hemi that suffered from this issue. My Chrysler Caravan has a V6 which has a defective air bag with no parts available to fix it (so does my Silverado for that matter). Chevy at least keeps me up to date on the issue with parts being allocated by date of purchase. Only message I get from Chrysler is to come in for an oil change once a month.

I will never own another Chrysler; except for maybe a 1970 Dodge Challenger SE with a a 540 cube Hemi under the hood. But I have run out of rich uncles dying to give me money to buy such a car, and the Lottery hasn't worked out so far either so I guess I won't get one.

Re: Hemi Valve Seat Drop Issue Petition

It doesn't matter if you own a Hemi or not, your signature is most appreciated either way. It's to get Mopar to do the right thing in this case. Please sign the petition whether you own a Hemi or not. Help out your fellow Mopar friends!!!!

I know what you are going through. I have a GMC sierra with 80K on the odometer. At 40K the dash started to crack. Sorry sir its out of warranty we can not help you. Apparently thousands of Sierra s and silverado s from 07-13. Have had my same issue. I signed a petition a few years ago. GM is acting like Servpro "like it never happened". Toyota recalled many trucks for cracked dash assemblys, but GM is ignoring the problem. I do own one Chrysler , a 70 Cuda with a Hemi. That's right I said Hemi. Been putting the restoration until my Z was done. I will sign your petition, please sign my broken dash petition.
