Question Rear end whistle

I recently had 3.73 gears and a posi unit put in my 1968 camaro which is a 10 bolt and had 3.08 gears and no posi. Under deceleration from about 45mph to about 35mph i have a whistling noise, which is not apparent at other speeds, or under acceleration. Anyone with an idea
