Disable my car alarm?

I have a '95 Z38 with an after market alarm.

The alarm sets automatically after 30 seconds and has always driven me nuts.

3 days ago I lost my main set of keys and my backup doesnt have the alarm button, so I need to shut the alarm off so I can drive my car again.

I know there should be a button under my dash, but I cant find it. Any ideas exactly where it is?

Re: Disable my car alarm?

Just rip that thing outta there. Most aftermarket alarms are poorly made and installed. Usually, they are intalled with line taps. Just follow the wires from the line and disconnect them. A repair shop can do that for you for not a lot of $ if you do want to attemp it yourself.
