4th gen fuel system HELP!!!!!

I have a 95 z28 convertible. Went to start it one day and it just turns over and over. No sound from fuel pump so i replaced it, still nothing. Replaced relay...nothing. What else can I check? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: 4th gen fuel system HELP!!!!!

Get a volt meter, check the voltage at the relay.
If that car has VATS, it may be the issue.

Re: 4th gen fuel system HELP!!!!!

Checked the power at the relay, no power. Double checked all fuses. Still nada. Any ideas on how to check the VATS?

Re: 4th gen fuel system HELP!!!!!

With no input power, large red wire, you might check the connection at the starter solenoid post and the fusible link for integrity. You should be able to use a hefty jumper in f/pump socket to pass power to the f/pump to get f/pump to work, if wire harness to f/pump is good and a good ground connection at fuel pump.

Simple test for VATS, should have headlights but no crank. Wait min 3 minutes, then using the same key, engine should crank.
