popping out the rightside only,pulled plugs black but gap correct. thighten the header bolts

Hi Dave, could be anything, points setup, is engine a new build or did you just do tune up, need more info here....

Tell us about the complete setup and any changes that you did if any?

yep--a little more info--chek to see if plu wires have burnt spot or arcing--is all the plugs black on that side or other side--maybe leaking ventures on carb

Start the engine cold. Let it run for 30 seconds or so, then shut it off. Check for a cold header tube. If one is cold, investigate that cyl. Likely a fouled plug, plug wire, etc.
