I am not getting any fuel from the gas tank to the fuel pump. I have a 1969 Z/28. I want to disconnect the fuel line at the fuel pump and blow air thru it. Will this work? Any other suggestions?

Yep, make sure you remove the gas cap!
You can leave the cap on, if you are real careful. If you blow air into the tank, it will pressurize the tank, and force the fuel out, under pressure.

It'll also probably blow the filter sock off the gas line in the tank. Personally, I think those things are useless and prefer a good external filter I can see and easily change. Those socks can get clogged over time.

if I were to blow out the line, I would disconnect it at the rubber connector from the front/rear line to the tank sender line, by the passenger's side rear wheel, and also disconnect it at the pump. Then blow from back to front.
