I recently purchased a 2000 3800 V6 Camaro, i noticed when under heavy torque usually in 2nd and 3rd gear it sounds like the engine is bogging down like your about to stall it, but its no where near low rpm.

My guess is a fuel problem or water in the gas? Any ideas would be welcomed

Thumbs up

I suggest to run a can of BG's 44K Fuel System Cleaner with the next tankful. It could be fuel problem.

Unhook the battery for 10 minutes to reset the PCM. Try it again.
