Help! I need to build a jig to guide some drills and taps so that I can repair the damage I did by over torquing my heads. I need to know what the geometry is from center, It looks like the top three are on one pattern and the bottom two are on another while all five are on the same radius. Anybody out there with the dimentions and what the radius is?????
Thanks in advance

The 1994 "Chevrolet Power" Book has dimensioned drawings on page 18-19 of the top deck, but the head bolt holes are all dimensioned from a grid based on the two dowel pin holes, not on a radius from the bore centers. Maybe you could borrow a torque-plate from a local machine shop to use as a guide.
