Question

i did a search on this but no luck. the situation is when i turn on the hazzard lights only the passenger side blinks, when i use the blinker only the passenger side works, when i turn the lights on both sides will work? the rear side marker on the passenger side only works with lights on and the drivers side will never light up? all new bulbs were put in, do they have to be inside the housing to work?the passenger side works when not inside the housing but the drivers side will only work if i play with it so it sits just right..any help will be appreciated...the car has no interoir in it right now so id like to finish this up before i reassemble.

From what I can understand, it looks like a lack of ground. Clean the area where the light socket and the housing make contact or attach a ground wire betwen the housing and the body metal of the car. Always make sure there is a clean contact area. Good luck...

after you clean the ground's up, use some lubraplate grease on them to keep them clean. i also use it in the bulb socket's. and running a common ground wire from the tail light bucket's to the body is a out standing idea. the bucket's ground out through the mounting screw'a and corrision stop's the grounding of the bucket's.
