I have a 67 camaro I have had a problem with for awhile now. The problem is I start out with 8psi and it slowly drops to 1psi after the car warms up, it will do this driving or just idling. Here is what I have tried...taking gas cap off, new fuel pumps mechanical and electric, routing lines away from heat, new lines, differnt carbs, taking fuel from bottom of fuel tank(no sock is on it) and im sure some more things i just forgot by now. Please give me some ideas as this is driving me crazy, the car will stay running but if you floor it it will bog, i am running about a 400 hp motor in it. I currently have a holley blue pump and a high output mechanical on it. Thanks

Do you have a recirc line? If not I would say the electric pump is vaporizing the gas in the line, because it can't move anywhere, and then you mechanical pump is getting vapor locked. Get rid of one pump or the other. You don't need two pumps in series, they are just a flow restriction to one another.
