Hazard lights

Newbie here and also my first Camaro, On my '68 RS, I have no Hazard lights. The fuse is good, but no power on either side of fuse. The sw on the column seems like it might be loose or maybe even broken, but I should still have power to the fuse???

The horn doesn't work either, maybe they are related.

Thanks for any help to get started.
