1982 camaro, build from '82,'85 and '87 camaro parts by last owner.

under the hood at the passenger-side i can see the 2 fuel lines, but at the driver-side i can see another fuelline...it isn't connected to anything and it comes straight from the gastank...

can someone tell me what this line is doing there? its a steel line...

maybe from a efi engine?

its got a 350 carbed engine now.

i also got a problem the last 2 weeks that i have to blow into the main fuelline every 3 miles to get fuel out of it again...

please help.!

I beleve the line on the drivers side is supposed to go to a charcoal canister. it is the vent for your gas tank. The lines on your pass. side, one is the fuel feed line the other is a return line. (The car must have originally been equiped with A/C).
Sounds like your fuel pump may be out. You need to check the pressure (stock mechanical should be between 9 and 13psi). If your pressue and suction check out you may have an obsruction in the line. The "sock" on the pickup in the tank may be plugged. I am assuming you have checked the obvious such as the fuel filter.

Good luck!!!
