Please help....I'm trying to reassemble my steering column and wheel. I have a number of parts some of which I think are incorrect. Is there some type of guide to show how exactly each piece of the steering column goes together? (yes I have the assy. manual its not a help past the turn signal assy.)

Greetins stringdom,
It would help if you could be a little more specific about what year and model your car is. Without this information there is not much we can do to help you.

I'm interested in the same topic. Does the preload bearing spring go forward (engine side) or aft of the cancelling cam? A photo that I saw in a restoration manual indicates it goes forward.
