i have changed switch at bottom sterring .the key still wont start.it is giving code 53.is there any way to start and move this car.i crossed the starter it will run as long as you keep pumping gas pedal.

I guess you don't know what code 53 is or don't feel it's related. Solenoid, relays, voltage regulator and starter needs to be checked for starting problems. For a newer car there is so much manufacturer profit assurance in the cars it could be a long list of items to pick from to fix.

Greetings j sproles,

Your code 53 that you mentioned means that you have system overvoltage and indicates that there is a basic generator problem and will set if voltage at ECM ignition input pin is greater than 17.1 volts for two seconds. [img]graemlins/beers.gif[/img]
