I have a 6cyl 3.4 manual 5 speed, when i push the clutch in to start the car nothing happens, all the indicator lights come on, but the engine doesn't turn over.
When i push the clutch pedal in and out 2 or 3 times it catches and starts. This just started happening pretty frequently. Is it the starter?

Also i have rough idling and it feels like its missing when i accelerate usual tune up has been done. Any ideas?

As far as the starting goes, there is a safety switch mounted on your clutch pedal...may just need an adjustment.

It also serves as a cruise control cut out.

You'll have to drop the "hush panel" that covers the top of the pedals.

You'll see a white switch attached to the clutch pedal.

That's the safety switch...use caution when working on it, because it's possible the car could crank in gear.
