Zac, There are two nuts, one bolt, and two screws which will have to be removed. The first nut is inside of the front door jamb, just under the top hinge at the front of the door. The second nut is under the door panel at the bottom of the front window channel. (which is the vent window assembly) There is a bolt under weatherstripping at the top of the door in front of the vent window. There is a screw just under the vent window assembly inside the door. There is a small screw on the front of the vent's frame, probably under weatherstripping. When all are loose, pull the assembly up and rotate as you pull. Sorry, this is hard to explain, but easier to do.

Sorry Zac, but I'm confused on which adjustment screw. There is a nut that adjusts the tension of the vent window itself, but you can't really get to it until you remove the assembly. Once yo have the nuts off, the other adjustment bolts don't need to be removed in order to remove the assembly. You might need to drop the side window in order to remove the vent window assembly though. One other thing. When you put the weather strip on and reinstall the vent window to the frame, make sure it is aligned properly. You may need to put washers on the adjustment bolt to shim it properly.
