Well this just started recently. I have a 90 RS and it is running crappy. The problem is that it starts up but i cant press the pedal at all with out it stalling out, its like its flooding in the motor but there is no gas smell. its a 3.1. and it idles alright, i mean it could sit ther and idle fine. i have replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, rotor, dist. cap, recenly new plugs, wires, O2 sensor, map sensor, and the list goes on, NONE work!! PLEASE HELP IM DRIVING A RICE BURNER NOW!!! AAHH!!!

I had the same problem with a 89 Corvette the computor was the culprit

nope sorry put a new throttle position sensor in to...it may be the CPU, but could it be the throttle body? or perhaps the egr valve?

Sounds like an ignition problem? Is that distributorless or not?

You could try fogging some carb cleaner into the throttle inlet as someone pushes the peddle. If you can get the engine to rev higher, you know it's fuel related. If it just dies, it's electrical. Their goes a 50\50 life-line.
