No Spark

New cap, rotor, points, condenser, wires and plugs and no spark. Car has not run for 30+ years. Any help?

Thanks

Re: No Spark

What about coil and did you pull the distributer out? You have to gap the points or no spark.

What kind of distributor is it? Stock or aftermarket?

Start at the beginning and make sure you are getting power to the coil/distributor. Is the yellow wire from the starter connected and does it have power when cranking? What about the wire from the ignition switch? Does it have power when the switch is on?
