Car will only make one click noice when I turn the key to start

67 Camaro, 350 Motor , TKO 600 5-spd.

Not all the time but very offten when I go to start the car I get one click noice and that is it. It will happen maybe 5-8 times then I turn the key and it starts up. I check all battery connections and put a bump start on the starter and it turned no problem. Took the starter out and took it to get tested at a local shop with no problems. Is there a way to check the ignition switch? I did replace it last year.

Cables in good shape?
Min size is 1GA.
Good ground from engine block to battery?
Battery fully charged?
Solenoid may need replacing as the copper disc and posts get burnt spots on them and creates a high resistance.
Solenoid can be torn apart and posts and disc turned to good contact spots and reassembled.

If the starter is good and the ignition switch is new, I would check the battery voltage as suggested. Make sure you are charging properly and not draining battery. The cables would be my next guess as mentioned also.
