i replaced o2 sensor how do i reset light it said o2 was bad its a 85 camero 305 8 CYL

Disconnect battery for 10 seconds or so. Depending on what year it is, you may need to clear the codes with a scanner.

Was it a code 13, 44 or 45?

If it's OBDII, usually the computer will reset itself after 3-5 starting cycles. A cycle is both starting the vehicle and driving it a few miles. This assumes the problem has been corrected.
