my camaro quit firing and i took unilite off put new stock distributor back on and still nothing i have fire everywhere but through plugs and wires why????

Use the process of elimination, are you getting spark from right out of the cap

no not getting spark from right out of cap thats is what im wanting to know why it wont fire out of cap

Besure you are getting fire to the coil by checking the hot lead (could be the ballast resistor). Check to see if you are getting juice from the neg side of the coil to the dist as well.

i just had the same problem with my 79 camaro. i changed the coil, module, & capacitor. she now runs great. i got the suggestions for those components from the repair manual. hope it helps

The unilite has that sensor in the distributor, that could have gone bad when i ran unilite that went bad all of the time

I second that motion, Unilites are notorious for blowing the modules, happened to me twice.......KZ
