I am getting ready to put a 454 with tall valve cover in my 69 camaro. And was wondering what diameter power brake booster I need to clear. Also is there any other clearence problems i might have. I would appreciate any info. Thanks

From what I have read here, you may not clear the wiper motor with tall covers.

Try a search. I'm sure the experts will know.

That is right, the wiper motor will be in the way. In fact I had to pull mine out of the way when I installed my smallblock with tall valve covers then put it back after the engine was bolted in.

Also, if it didn't originally come with a big block, the heater box is different. The Heater tubes will end up directly behind the right cylinder head.

If your strictly racing, no problem! If your street driven, call year one or Rick's or somebody!!
