I have an M-21 in a '69 that jumps out of all gears while coasting. Under load or normal driving, it works fine. However, if I back off the gas while coming up to a stop sign, or coast down hill, the tranny jumps out of gear. The shifter is set-up properly, and appears to be moving the shift levers full throw. Any suggestions ?

Sounds like you have a worn out shifter fork or one could be bent. had a similar problem years ago.

Could both forks be bent ? It doesn't matter which gear I'm in, 1,2,3, or 4, it pops out. I've even held the shifter hard in whatever gear I was in, and it would still pop into neutral. Any idea where I can get parts ? At one time I thought I saw muncie parts advertised through Richmond gear, but could'nt find anything on their web page.
