Question

I just took my fan, clutch, and alternator, brackets, etc off so I could paint and detail them. I just put them back in but when I took the car for a ride, it overheated! The fan was turning so I can't understand why it didn't overheat before I detailed, but now it does? Any suggestions?

My guess is the fan may be on backwards. If not the clutch got damaged or was on it's last leg and just gave out.
