Question

I have a summit tunnel ram w 450 holleys and
are looking for the correct distributor.
summit lists two msd-84697 low profile and
msd-8489 pro stock w/crab cap which one?

they are basically the same dist. the crab style just makes it a whole lot easier to hook up your plug wires. cap loos just like a spider with post coming out of side. the other the post come out of top, both have to have crank trigger to operate. but the crab style has a slip collar so it can be used with tall or short decks. so it really doesnt matter

How about a Mallory Unilight with the small cap that will clear the intake.
