When it's really cold outside my camaro will fire right up. Doesn't matter if it's the first start of the day or repeated starting when goofing off in town. If it's in the 40's or above it seems to crank forever before it starts. new coolant temp sensor, fuel relay, distributor, pickup coil module ,cap, rotor, tps and adjusted, plugs and wires, IAC motor, mass air flow, and starter. 88 iroc 350 tuneport. Don't know what else to look for! Any suggestions?

Have your ignition module (most likely on the inside of the distributor) checked. I had alot of strange problems w/ it, and mostly on warmer days.

Fuel pressure!

If you don't have a good gauge, I'd say get one.
It is the first thing to check!

85-92 TPI UNITS USES A COLD START INJECTOR AND COLD START THERMO-SENSOR LOCATED NEXT TO THE COOLANT TEMP SENSOR IN FRONT OF THE INTAKE MANIFOLD. IT ALSO HAS 2 WIRES LIKE THE COOLANT TEMP SENSOR AND HAS A SQUARE CONNECTOR W/METAL LOCK CLIP. IT'S POSSIBLE THAT IT MIGHT BE OUT OF RANGE @ 40 DEG. F.AND
ABOVE. USE AN OHM METER( IF YOU HAVE ONE ) TO TEST. A LEAKING FUEL INJECTOR (OR TWO) IS
ANOTHER POSSIBILITY. YOU NEED A FUEL PRESSURE
GAUGE TO DO THIS.

The ignition module is new. It did this with the old one also. The cold start thermo sensor I will check as soon as i can. Fuel pressure is something i know i need to check. But I was wondering how does hot and cold weather affect the pressure? Thanks to everyone for the help and giving me a few more things to go on.
