I am diagnosing the ammeter in my 70 Z28, which shows neither charge or discharge condition. I have some wiring diagrams but they do not show the ammeter circuit. Where can I get this and other diagnostic/test info? Curtis

You can get a Factory Assembly Instruction Manual or a Chassis Service Manual, both have what you want. Try Ground Up, we have links to them on most of the pages here...

Thanks, Dennis _ will try the factory service manual - the assembly manual I have does not show the wiring detail for the ammeter or tach, and a number of the pinouts on various schematics for connectors do not match the pinouts on the wiring harness in the car - maybe the harness has been changed - etc - in any case, thanks for your reply - I will get the manual ! Curtis

Both of the manuals are worth their weight in gold. They are both a "must have" item.

Welcome to the site!

Tire Smoke - thanks for your comments on the manuals - they are on the way from Year One. Curtis
