i havent seen this problem posted yet? drivers side works fine,pasenger side has always been slower.the car has not been driven much in the last five years since frame off restoration. all parts were new 5 years ago. now it opens only a inch then acts like it is hung up.i have tryed wd40 on the bolts no luck.push it open by hand and when it tryes to close it moves only a inch? any sugestions what to do next?

Test the vacuum motor. They are notorious for hanging up like that.

Disassemble the hinge and door assembly, clean and re-assemble with new bushings.
