I have had my alternator checked at several locations, and it is perfect, and same with the battery, however, when I have my lights on (low beams and fog), and then slow down my juice drops to almost nothing, and if i try to sognal i have absolutely no power, so something is draining my power, can anyone help me??

When the alt brushes are wearing out they might work off and on. If the alternator has a lot of miles on it, like around 80K miles, I'd change it, or at least replace the brushes and bearings. I've heard your late type alternator is tough to get apart.
Most alternator tests don't put a load on the alternator. They just measure volts output. If they tested volts on the car, do it with the headlights on and air conditioning on at idle.

The older I get, the faster I was!
