My 68 is doing some intermittent flashing of my dash lights. My brights indicator is always on, my speedo and tach lights are blinking on and off randomly, and my green turn signal lights are on always-Curiously, my console lights are fine, my dimmer and dome lights are functoning, and despite my turn signal lights being on, when I engage the signals, they blink correctly--I would greatly appreciate anyone helping me know where to start to track this problem down--you guys are the experts, i'm just beginning my camaro career!!thanks guys

check your grounds.. I had much the same problem. The middle top screw in the dash assembly is the ground on my 67. and I inadvertantly left it out once and it caused me a couple weeks worth of problems trying to track it down..

To expand on that there is a length of wire fastened to the rear of the dash instrument cluster. It has a loop on the end that is intended to engage the top center screw used to fasten the plastic dash housing to the dash frame, grounding the cluster. It is easy to miss the loop when putting the screw in. The wire may make intermittent contact with the dash frame, causing the problem you have described.

I did the same thing, I cleaned my dash one time and my T/S lights would work in reverse!, after a post here I cleaned that little metal hook and plopped the screw back in and everything worked fine...
