I just fired up my 427 yesterday and seem to have a fuel delivery problem after about 15 mins. or so it runs out of fuel I fill the bowl agian and same them three times.I'm running a carter high volume mech. pump new last year and worked fine last month with my old motor any ideas on my problem.TKS

If you did anything to any extra hard lines in the engine compartment, like plug one after removing a charcoal cannister, then you just might have blocked the fuel tank vent.
If your car had one of the cannisters, the fuel delivery system was closed, no venting in the cap, only through the cannister. If so, pull the cap, add venting filter to the line to keep fumes at low level and filter the air into the tank.

Just a thought.

Tks but I found the problem you can't use a sb fuel pump on a bb I just learned something else about a bb that I didn't know.I'm very happy with the engine now.
