Girlfriend was driving and her '91 camaro(350)started bogging down and then just...died. She says she put her foot on the gas but nothing happened. Thinking clogged fuel line/pump/filter?, but my Cammie is a '78 so none of my manuals help her much.

The last maintenance done on it was removal of the gas tank to put the fuel pump in.

Any quick fixes to get this thing off the side of the highway?

Thumbs down

If that is what I think it is you will need a tow truck. If I'm not mistaken that car is a TBI...you can check the filter (change/ flush it) for clogs but it sounds like the fuel pump died.

Send a message via AIM to Spames

You could sit under the hood with a spray bottle of cas, and spray it into the air intake.

My '97 Z28 did exactly the same thing. Fuel pump was the problem.
