A few Days ago i was driving my 68 camaro I I noticed it was running hot. real hot (around 190 degrees). Radiator and Coolant are good anyone got an idea on what it could be?

May be a stuck thermostat. Remove it and put it in a pot of water on stove on high heat watch to see if it opens

190 is normal operating temp.

....now 220 and up might be a problem.

190 doesnt sound like anything to get crazy about. however, in any case the only reaseon a car will "over heat", is 1: lack of coolant flow or 2: lack of air flow. so if your concerned about it that much i would say that in your case you have lack of coolant flow. unless of course your driving with a piece of cardboard atached to your grill! ;~)
