3.4L V6 1994 Camaro won't allow the car to go over 3,000 RPM. Any ideas?

Are there any websites with the service manual available?

Also, try

I know it is a thirdgen site, but they have SO much knowledge there. Sorry I can't personally help.

First thing that came to mind was the oxygen sensor.

Is that 3000 RPM limit under load or just sitting there?

Exhaust restriction/plugged cat converter?
