my problem is,i have a 97 z28,i moved the battery into the trunk area,hooked everything back up,turned the key, solenoid clicks,replaced + cable ,new battery,ran new grounc wires,cleaned old wires,new starter,solenoid still clicks sometimes,sometimes car will crank without
any problem.....what would cause this.THANKS FOR ANY HELP.

Well your problem has a very familar ring to it. I just went through the same thing untill I changed from a mini starter to a stock GM starter.
The mini worked great on the small block, but did not have enough punch to turn over the BB.
Check your + cable. It should be at least 1/0 welders cable to supply the necessary juice for the distance from the trunk to the starter. It sounds like you have all the other base covered.

THANKS DAN, I HAVE SUMMIT 1 GUAGE BATTERY CABLE,WILL THE 1/0 WELDER CABLE DO ANY BETTER?THANKS FOR THE WELCOME.
