Hello thanks for letting me join i am buddy from North Carolina i am a firefighter i am trying to fix up an 1996 Z 28 with an LT1 engine i just bought the car not to long ago i have had it running but not for long i have replaced the fuel pump the opti spark crank position sensor and the battery i have fixed all the codes i was getting but the car will not idle it bucks and jumps when you try to start it and when it does you have to keep the throttle very high when you let off it will die evertime so any help i can get would be great

You say you fixed all the codes you were getting, what codes were present? Have you checked the coil, spark plugs, and injectors?
