pull your plugs, and see what there is to see. If you can finds a compression guage, check the compression, heck, if you can't find one go buy one.

What was your temp guage doing during all this? Is the radiator still full?

Re: something went wrong while i was driving home today...i think its bad

How many miles were on the bottom end when you put the new heads on? What happend to me some time ago , I installed a new set of heads on a bottom end that had a quite a bit of miles on it and after about a hundred miles the rings failed. Don't know exactly what causes this but heard of this happening a few times to other people as well. Another place to look is the pcv hose you may be sucking oil through there , this also happended to me on a fresh rebuild.it looked like a mosquito sprayer I was freaked out at first thinking the worst had happended but tracked it to the pcv hose. That was an easy fix though I put a baffeled pcv grommet into the valve cover.Problem solved. Man do I have issues!! Anyway hope this helps it took an hour to type lol.
