Question carb troubles

okay got my 86 z28 running installed a edelbrock 750 cfm carb and car acts like its drowning when i give it some gas. is the carb too much for a stock 350? if so is there anyway to adjust the amount of fuel the carb recieves?

Yes, you would have been better off with the 600 cfm carb. You can try jetting it down a few steps, but 600 would have been the way to go for a bone stock 350.........IMHO. KZ

Even a 450 cfm...that give great bottom end trottle response and works all the way up to just below 5000 rpm.
Assuming cam, headers, etc are also desidned for the same rev range..a basically stock 350 will pull 14.2 s in drive, loaded with tools box etc on crappy tyres...plus good milage.
