changed plugs and no start

My father recently changed the spark plugs in my 91 camaro and now its a no start. It was working fine needed a small tune up so he decided to change them out and now its not starting. The first problem was the vats which an eraser fixed, then it was the small fuel pump fuse on the battery and now there is fuel, turn over but no start! Any ideas out there?? Got it fixed letst hope atleast

Re: changed plugs and no start

Fuel in the rail or fuel in the cylinders????Major differance with fuel injection. You need some pulse width to start. How does dad know fuel and air is available in the holes?Did he pull a plug?Check to see that the ignition module connectors have not been disturbed with the tune up.The pink wire to the injector connector should light up a test light and you can probe the ground side of the injector pin to verify pcm grounding with a high impedance lamp.
